For most of these position a basic knowledge of (some of) the main Analytical Programs and CRM Tools is required: Nielsen, SAP, SEO generators, Google Analytics, MailChimp, Bitly, SEA tools, … Also keep in mind that all these positions can be either B2B or B2C depending on your target audience: if you target individual end consumers directly it is B2C, if you target other companies it is B2B.

Here, your main goal is to create brand awareness across different channels and trying to get social media users to buy your product/service. As an SEO copywriter you use search engine optimization tools to write the best texts possible for Google to show your content on top of the search results. You look at keyword density and prominence, the tone of voice, the writing style and the readability of your texts. Depending on the company, you can report to the Digital Marketing Manager or the General Marketing Manager.

As Webshop Manager, your job is to guarantee that all the items being sold on the webshop have up-to-date descriptions (correct sizes, prices, …) and that all relevant information for your customers is present online. Amongst other things, you also make sure the brand/website guidelines are respected, write attractive item descriptions and take care of the product pictures.

7. E-Trade Manager
A Digital Trade Manager is responsible for developing an e-trade strategy and building the capabilities in commercial teams.
