Even if we don’t have any relevant job for you at some point, we usually meet our candidates and share their CVs proactively with our clients.

Key moments in our history
March 2009: The Beginning.
Small start-up founded by Yoni Szpiro. His idea: change the perception of the recruitment industry by launching the concept of “meaningful recruitment”.
April 2010: First managerial mission accomplished…
For Campari, still our partner today! Their General Manager is “extremely keen to recommend Generations, as a strong Marketing and Sales boutique agency with specialized recruiters”.
September 2013: 100 people placed!
To this day, the retention rate of candidates that stayed with their new employer after the 6-month period is 97%.
June 2014: Moved to new office.
More clients, more missions and a team that is getting bigger and bigger… required a new and bigger space in Ixelles, Brussels.
April 2015: Development of our first incredible tool.

January 2018: Even more investments to get better.
More and more investments are done to become a model company in term of sustainable development, well-being at work and user experience in general (such as the fair-trade label, carsharing, Feng Shui offices, free events for Generations community…).
December 2019: Digitalization and new technologies.
Implementation of a new website with a lot of improvements and the integration of a new transparent tool: both talents and employers can now follow in real time the status of their recruitment process.
