Responsibilities:

🌍 Lead the growth strategy for retail accounts in Belgium.
🎯 Drive national expansion, conquering new clients.
🚀 Craft a visionary sales strategy for market dominance.
🌱 Grow existing partnerships creatively and resourcefully.
🌟 Contribute to building and elevating the brand.

Collaboration:

👫 Work closely with founders to make the brand a retail landscape staple.
🤝 Cultivate authentic relationships, fostering a personal touch.

🎯 About You:

We're on the lookout for someone special with:

🌐 Minimum 6 years of FMCG / Retail experience, in a commercial role.
🧠 Entrepreneurial mindset challenging the status quo.
🎯 Proven experience in strategically growing existing and new clients. Strong network and creative approach to partner outreach.
💼 Passion for negotiating and building lasting relationships.
🤝 Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders, excellent listening and influencing skills.
📈 Analytical and structured mindset for data interpretation and comparison.
🗣️ Native in NL with fluency in French & English.
