Navigating growth and strengthening team structure: a Success Story 

Our client was a niche start-up that was experiencing rapid growth and found it essential to clearly define their unique value proposition, which was critical for attracting and recruiting top-tier talent.

Additionally, as their team expanded, it became increasingly important to align the collective mindset of their employees with the company’s overarching mission and strategic objectives.

To achieve this, they sought a more articulated vision, a well-structured framework to guide their initiatives, and enhanced team dynamics that fostered collaboration and innovation among their members.

Our Approach:

We conducted workshops with the management and discussions with team members in order to:

 

  • Define key Values and processes: we needed to clarify operational methods and understand the company’s core values  
  • Develop Vision and Mission: we articulated the management’s objectives in a clear, long-term vision that would be both inspirational and tangible for the team  
  • Enhance communication: to guide the team in adapting optimized internal processes and to align with the new direction. 
  • Develop tools to boost operational efficiency: once their EVP was clear, we were able to decline it into several tools to help optimize the candidate and employee journey: interview guides, evaluation templates, onboarding method, internal reporting templates…
