Our client is one of the largest distributors of premium beverages and healthy snacks in Benelux. They distribute a very wide variety of international brands (soft drinks, iced coffees, gins etc). 

The products are distributed in retail (supermarkets), petrol stations and in the horeca sector. With an annual turnover of more than 150 M EUR, and an annual double-digit growth, the company is in full expansion mode !

Today, for their offices located in West Vlaanderen, our client is looking to hire a :
Sr Brand Manager "well being brands"

You are responsible for developing, coordinating, implementing and realising the marketing part of the Business Plan. In this role, you are involved in all brand marketing aspects: from setting up and executing marketing plans to concrete actions, ranging from devising suitable marketing tools, defining communication guidelines, organising and participating in events to co-facilitating leads.

Your responsibilities include the following:
  • Coordination: take the lead in developing annual brand plans for Be(ne)(lux), based on international strategies and guidelines.
  • Implementation of the brand plan: you work on the design and development of brand activities and initiatives (360°) in the Be(ne)lux market, so that the predefined objectives can be achieved. You also ensure that your colleagues in the sales departments have the right information as well as the right materials to put the brand activities into practice.
  • Support with product launches: Together with the brand specialist, you will work on the launch and support of new products in your brand portfolio. 
  • Involvement in media and communication management: You will be responsible for the conceptualisation of media and communication initiatives. 
  • Active role in event activation: You ensure that your well being brands are promoted in the right way at your own and 3rd party events.

- You have a Master's degree, preferably in an economic/marketing oriented direction ;
- You have at least 5 years of relevant experience in FMCG marketing ;
- You combine a strong analytical approach with a creative, out-of-the-box mindset ;
- You are systematic and you are not afraid of a less structured, ad hoc context ;
- You have strong communication skills ;
- You have the drive of an entrepreneur with a strong can-do mentality.
- You can operate in a professional context in Dutch, French and English.
