Redefining recruitment: The Generations story begins
Generations Recruitment was founded by Yoni Szpiro, who brought with him 10 years of experience in recruitment. His vision was to change the perception of the recruitment industry by launching the concept of “meaningful recruitment.” Our first client, Campari, joined us and remains a loyal partner.
From first wins to a growing team
Our first successes quickly followed, bringing in new clients and allowing our team to grow as more talented collaborators joined.

We developed the G.R.A.M. to align the aspirations of talents and companies.
We developed our unique recruitment tool, the Generations Recruitment Aspirational Mode (G.R.A.M.), designed to better understand candidates' work aspirations and clients' needs in terms of cultural fit.
Launching RPO to reinforce internal recruitment capabilities
We launched a new service: Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO). Our consultants seamlessly integrated into in-house recruitment teams, assisting clients like Estée Lauder, Verbolia, Maxi Toys, Brown-Forman, and many others over the years.
Going Global: Partnering with Talentor International
We joined Talentor International, an international network of independent recruitment agencies. Through this partnership, we now offer local expertise for search projects in more than 33 countries, with over 52 offices across 5 continents and a network of 270+ consultants worldwide.
Attracting talent with employer branding videos
We launched our tailored Employer Videos service, featuring a professional videographer and marketer dedicated to creating interactive videos. These videos help showcase job opportunities and company culture, enabling candidates to engage more deeply in the recruitment process.
Helping companies define their employee value proposition
We introduced another new service: Employee Value Proposition (EVP) workshops. These workshops help companies highlight their unique benefits to attract and retain more candidates—a service that is in increasingly high demand.
Launching our Executive Search Department
We are proud to announce the launch of our new Executive Search department. Having grown at the same pace as our network our mid-managers of yesterday became today experienced Leaders. Connecting the right leaders that can make the difference for your business is the aim at this new service line,and this new service positions Generations Recruitment as a unique Talent Acquisition partner.
