Following an experience as project manager, Polina joined GR to enhance customers’ experience through powerful marketing strategies, whether via engaging content or personalized support. Through the years, she expanded her skillset by working as Recruitment Consultant, and she now combines a hybrid role of Business Unit Manager & Marketing Project manager which enables her to be impactful both on the operational and strategic side of the business.

Polina is the most positive person we know and the glue to the team. She loves to laugh and is a great audience for every joke in the office, whatever their level! Unfortunately for us, we are never quite sure whether she is laughing with us or at us (pro tip: don’t ever let her take a printscreen of you).
