I was impressed by the follow-up and proactivity of Melody Coomans. She demonstrates excellent client care and attention to detail. Except one candidate that should have been more pre-screened , great number of the candidates met the required criteria. Overall, her commitment, responsiveness, quickness of execution stand out as major strengths.
