1️⃣ Lead Development: Steer the development of Food Retail activities, focusing on both shop and foodservice excellence.

🚀 Shape Shop Strategy: Innovate the shop strategy by diving into new (digital) technologies and market trends, elevating our customer experience.

🤝 Strategic Partnerships: Explore strategic partnerships to boost positioning and profitability, especially in areas like foodservice.

🌟 Drive Improvements: Fuel improvements and innovation through meticulous market and customer research, precise partner and supplier selection, compelling business cases, and effective test cases.

📅 Master Implementation: Act as the bridge between internal and external suppliers, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.

About the ideal candidate

  • You have at least 10 years of experience in Food Retail (merchandising, shop development ...)
  • You are NL-speaking and have a good level of French 
  • Your commercial and enthusiastic approach allows you to positively engage others
  • You are focused on teamwork and communicate openly and directly
  • You are strongly critical with strong analytical skills
  • As a conceptual thinker, you have the ability to translate strategic objectives into an operational action plan.
