Our client is a digital scale-up company active in the HR sector which helps companies to manage the absenteeism of their employees in a more respectful and efficient way. The company is growing and moving really fast and in a way to develop itself even more, they are currently looking for a (M/F):

Senior Sales Manager Flanders

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts of existing clients
  • Acquire new clients by creating leads, organizing meetings with prospects and using CRM tools
  • Manage projects for Prospects and both internal & external Clients
  • Manage stakeholders in and outside an organization (public & private) such as direction, HR department, unions, purchasing, legal, politicians
  • Develop doctors network
  • Be a member of the management to shape the development of the company

Your profile :

  • 5-10 years of experience (consultancy, sales B2B)
  • Experience in project management
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Result and target driven with an analytical mind
  • Proactive and
  • autonomous
  • Native in Dutch and fluent in French or English
