🙌 About the job

As Commercial Lead for the company, your main responsibilities will be:
  • Developing and implementing the On-trade & Off-trade sales strategy in Belgium, France and the rest of Europe.
  • Coaching and communicating a global vision to the sales Team.
  • You are in charge of the negotiation process with big players.
  • You have a 360° helicopter view on the business and you play a larger strategic role as a key member of the management team.

  • You are successful in managing teams & further develop talents
  • Customer-oriented, you have a strong track record in sales and key account management of top players your industry.

  • You are fluent in French and English. Dutch is a big plus.
