To strengthen its commercial activities, we are looking for a:

Customer Success Manager

Your challenge

The CSM is the ambassador of our clients within the organization. He/she is involved in the onboarding and post-sales phases of the sales cycle. He/she accompanies the customer, ensures the proper delivery of solutions in compliance with the commitments of deliverable and schedule, continuously evaluates customer satisfaction and makes improvements in case of identified and qualified dissatisfactions.
 

Your responsibilities

  • Train and support the client in the use of the solutions
  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts
  • Listen to customers to identify and respond to their needs
  • Develop a customer retention strategy in coordination with the Sales Manager and the Sales Team in charge of the account
  • Gather feedback and analyze the user experience to propose improvements
  • Ensure customer development
  • Manage customer complaints and churn
  • Monitor the action plan and analyze results and KPIs

Your profile

  • You have a background in Communication, Digital, Marketing or Business
  • You already have a first experience in the sector
  • You have a real team spirit and very good organizational skills
  • You have knowledge of the media/digital/marketing/communication/PR sector
  • You have a basic knowledge of marktech solutions (SEO, html, google analytics, audience analysis, emailing...)
  • You are customer oriented
  • You are autonomous and flexible
  • You are fluent in French AND Dutch, English is a plus.
