2024 is a booming year for our client and they are actively looking to reinforce their sales team with a Business developer profile.Your main missions will be to :
- 📈Boost sales through effective networking (HR Events, Mobility events), identifying and nurturing new leads (visits, calls, mail, linkedin)
- 🙏Proactively prospect and present proposals with enthusiasm, showcasing a customer-focused and results-oriented approach.
- 💰Manage the entire sales process from proposal creation to deal closure
- 🧑🤝🧑Work closely with customer success, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience from start to finish
About the ideal candidate
- You have a proven track record as a "hunter" with prior work experience, confirming your passion for sales.
- You are comfortable and enthusiastic in prospecting and presenting proposals to customers.
- You have a proactive, result-oriented, and customer-focused work approach
- You are fluent in Dutch and/or French with a very good proficiency in English
