About the job
As a Dealer Performance Manager,
- You are responsible for monitoring the performance of dealers (in this case shop owners) . This includes assessing the performance in terms of sales, customer service, and other metrics.
- You are responsible for providing feedback to dealers, and helping them to improve their performance.
- You are responsible for developing strategies to improve overall dealer performance.
- You follow-up periodic KPI’s of the stores and define action plans with the team and store-owners.
- You are co-responsible for the P&L of your customers.
- You spend 2 days per week in the field to further coach the job owners.
- You are in charge of initiating, maintaining, or ending partnerships with dealers, as well as bringing on new dealers if necessary.
About the ideal candidate
- You have at least 6 years of experience in Retail (shop owner, district manager, area manager, ...)
- You are FR-speaking and have a good level of Dutch
- Your commercial and enthusiastic approach allows you to positively engage others
- You are focused on teamwork and communicate openly and directly
- You are strongly critical with strong analytical skills
- Experience in HR or legal is a +, not a must

Het komt niet overeen met mijn G.R.A.M. profiel, kan ik solliciteren?
Om uw GRAM-profiel te kennen, moet u eerst onze vragenlijst beantwoorden. Hierdoor komt u meer te weten over uw professionele aspiraties, d.w.z. met welk soort management u zich comfortabel voelt, welke waarden voor u belangrijk zijn in uw dagelijks werk, welk soort werkomgeving het beste bij u past, enz.
Zelfs als uw overheersend profiel vandaag niet hetzelfde is als dat in de functiebeschrijving, kunt u toch solliciteren, want dit instrument is niet bedoeld om te discrimineren, het is gewoon informatief.
Het ontdekken van uw profiel helpt u beter te begrijpen wat uw aspiraties zijn op dit punt in uw carrière en het zien van degene die het bedrijf zoekt voor een specifieke functie kan u inzicht geven in hun bedrijfscultuur en de houding die zij zoeken. Het is dus altijd interessant om beiden te vergelijken. We hebben echter allemaal een deel van elk GRAM-profiel in ons en het predominantie van het ene profiel over het andere valt op in bepaalde fasen van onze loopbaan en kan op elk moment veranderen, afhankelijk van onze behoeften op een bepaald moment.
