In order to reinforce their Sales team, Generations recruitment has been assigned to find their new colleagues:

Key account Manager for the Dutch Retailers

Your concrete tasks will involve:

  • You will develop and implement annual customer plans that are aligned with overall business and customer strategies, while achieving profitable sales objectives for the retail and omni channels and for new businesses with a focus on e-com partners.
  • You will Build complete Customer Plan to drive the overall business
  • Facilitates excellence in execution in the daily business by planning, communicating, anticipating, measuring results consistently and implementing corrective action or learning.
  • Ensure distribution of innovation is executed in accordance with customer plan.
  • Daily customer contact, on operational, tactical and strategic level.

Your profile :

  • Customer focus, sensitivity to internal and external relations, organisational and monitoring skills, a proactive approach, flexibility, and a focus on results are all indispensable in this role.
  • Besides that, it is important that you can tick the following boxes:
  • You speak Dutch and English fluently
  • Ideally, you also have a good knowledge of the Dutch retail network
  • You have at least a bachelor’s degree, ideally a Master in Sales, Marketing or Business Management
  • You are experienced in Sales or Category Management, preferably in FMCG
  • You have a good knowledge of Ms Office and ideally of Nitro/Nielsen
