Our client is a family-owned independent company which produces and markets natural water based drinks & healthy lemonades.
They employ more than 1200 people and have 6 production sites in Europe, of which two in Belgium.

🔍About the job

You will contribute to the presence and visibility of our client's brands in hypermarkets, supermarkets, and convenience stores in East Flanders. The aim is to achieve the set sales objectives and strengthen our client's market share.
Your responsibilities will be:
  • Ensure continuous product presence in aisles at optimal locations with an ideal number of facings.
  • Analyze data related to products and retail locations to prepare for visits.
  • Negotiate and organize actions to generate extra visibility and turnover.
  • Guide clients in pre-ordering promotions to ensure sufficient goods availability.
  • Participate actively to Field team meetings sharing best practices, ideas and consumer/customer feedback to improve overall team performance.
  • Ensure data quality and excellence working with SAP C4C to drive the business in your region and allow for qualitative dashboarding.  

🎯About the ideal candidate

  • You are an enthusiastic young potential with minimum Bachelor degree or equivalent thorugh experience.
  • You are energetic, hands-on and with a growth mindset willing to learn and go the extra mile.
  • You are organized, can communicate effectively and are driving for results. 
  • A first work experience in a sales role in the FMCG sector is a plus.
  • You speak Dutch and if you also speak French and/or English, it is a plus.
